What makes Cocoa & Heart bread making courses different?
Our courses are run in small friendly groups with emphasis on individual learning, so whether you are just starting or need to refresh your baking skills we take the time to take you through the course at your own pace.
All courses are taught in domestic setting to help you to recreate environment that you are likely to have at home.
What if I need support after the course finishes?
You are welcome to join our private Facebook group and meet other bakers, who would be more than happy to support you on your baking journey.
We are also launching soon our Bread Baking Club - on-line bread baking resource with tried and tested bread recipes, step by step techniques and beautiful pictures.
You will also have access to Cocoa & Heart monthly newsletter with recipes and handy baking tips.
Who is going to be teaching the course?
Your tutor will be Magdalena Marsden; the owner of Cocoa & Heart, home baker with more than 17 years of bread making experience. You can find out more about Magdalena here.
I'd really love to attend one of your courses, but can't make the date.
Well, we have few options available for you. You can invite your friends and book your own date, either on our premisses or we can come to you.
Or you can book your own one to one lesson, where the course content can be completely tailor made to your requirements.
What if I just want to start baking today?
My new bread baking e-book is available for immediate download and you can pretty much start baking straightaway. About half of my e-book focuses on techniques, with step by step kneading, shaping and baking photos and it also includes about 35 different bread recipes.
