We are happy to offer complimentary gift wrapping with every purchase and can also include personalised note. Just let us know at the checkout and we will do the rest.
We are happy to post your gift directly to your recipient, saving you time and hassle of queue up at the post office. Just add the lucky recipient's address at the checkout and we will take care of your gift.
Once you have selected all your goodies and put them in the basket, you will process to the checkout. We use safe Stripe as a way of payment and you will be able to pay by most credit and debit cards. Delivery charge will be added at this stage depending on your purchase (please see below).
If you do not wish to pay by debit or credit card, we also accept cheques, but please bear in mind, that your order might be slightly delayed, whilst we wait for the cheque to clear at the bank.
You can select 'Pay by post' at the checkout and send us a cheque.
This is currently to UK Mainland only. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. We will keep you informed via e-mail and let you know, when your item is dispatched. All orders are be delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail or currier and might require signature upon receipt.
We want to make sure that our chocolate gets to you as quickly as possible and without delays. That is why we don't dispatch on Fridays - to prevent your package sitting around during weekend. During summer months - depending on temperature, we use reputable currier to ensure that your chocolate doesn't melt on the way to you. (Just to re-assure you, chocolate doesn't actually melt until the temperature reaches 37 C, so this will be a very rare occurrence in the UK!)
We have a standard postal charge of £2.95 for all orders send by post, which will be added to your total at the checkout automatically. For orders that are either delivered locally, require pick up from us directly or are confirmed via e-mail or post (Courses confirmations and Gift Vouchers) no postal charge applies.
If you live within DA6 postcode, you might be able to collect your order for free directly from us. Please contact us before you place your order to arrange suitable time.
All food products are packed in original packaging suitable for contact with food items. Our handmade chocolate is carefully wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and placed in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent any damage on the way to you.
We hope you will be perfectly happy with all our products, but if you wish to return your goods, please contact us directly. Apart from damaged or faulty goods, you will be responsible for the cost of returned goods. If you decide to return your purchased goods please do this within 7 days of receiving your items. Please note, that any returned goods should be in their original packaging. Food items can't be returned, unless faulty.
We use Stripe, the secure on-line payment provider. All your payment details are protected, we will only have access to your delivery address and contact details. We will never pass your contact details to a third party.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us directly. We will be happy to exchange the goods or return your payment unless your parcell has already been dispached. If your parcel has already been dispached, we are very sorry, but your order can't be cancelled.
