This Chocolate Truffles Making Workshop is the perfect introduction to chocolate truffle making and is suitable for anyone who wants to know more about chocolate and how to create the perfect chocolate truffles at home using professional equipment and ingredients.
This Chocolate Truffles Making Workshop includes lots of chocolate techniques demonstrations, but it's also very much 'hands on' as you will learn how to make your own chocolate truffles from start to finish.
We will also have some delicious chocolate or caramel fudge ready for you to dip into chocolate and to compliment your chocolate truffles.
What we will be making:
Zesty Lemon Truffles
Smooth Belgium Milk Chocolate Truffles
You will also make your own chocolate ganashe and decide on your own flavour from a large selection of flavours we have here (Raspberry, Orange, Mint etc.)

How to prepare cream based ganache
How to flavour your ganache and what combinations are the best
How to cut, hand roll or pipe your chocolate truffles
How to use professional dipping forks and other equipment
How to enrobe, dip and roll your chocolate truffles
How to decorate your chocolates using dipping forks and edible decorations
Where to buy your chocolate and equipment for home chocolate making
How to make chocolate truffles at home without any special equipment or specialist chocolate
How to wrap and store your chocolate truffles
