'Thank you for arranging a day of amazing macaron making for our friends group. I've made macarons before, but never quite got the professional look that we were able to achive during your class. The few simple tricks you've showed us, made all the difference! My friends also loved the flavours and the fact that we could all make different flavours and practially taking home 6 types of macaron!'
Theresa, Whitstable, Kent
'I really liked that the class was not rushed and that we had our own work station to make our own macarons. Thank you for being so patient with me and helping me, when I've made a mistake (which I know, how to correct now!). I don't think I would have got the same results if I attended class with large group of students. Group of three works just perfect!'
Barbara, Bromley, London
'My friend arranged this for us as a treat - we don't see each other very often, so this was a great opportunity to meet up and do something useful at the same time. I've learned so much during the course - thank you for the recipe notes, which were most helpful! My family loved the salted caramel macarons and I've eaten most of the raspberry ones before I got home.'
