In this workshop we will make Christmas Pudding Chocolate Truffles perfectly decorated with brandy sauce and holy (all from chocolate - of course!). You can keep your chocolate truffles and give them away as a Christmas presents - you will be making plenty of chocolate truffles to fill several boxes. These truffles are always very popular before Christmas- probably because of all the brandy we put in!
What you will learn on the day:
How to make chocolate truffle filling
How to use and pipe ganache
How to enrobe, dip and roll your chocolate truffles
How to colour chocolate
How to decorate your chocolates using edible chocolate decorations
How to wrap and store your chocolate truffles
What is included:
3,5 hr workshop (approx)
All materials and ingredients, use of all equipment and apron
Light refreshments, tea or coffee
Approx. 30 truffles beautifully finished
Chocolate boxes to take your creations home in (to keep for yourself or give as a present)
