Just to say a huge thank you for the microbakery course over last weekend. I really enjoyed myself and found the information hugely helpful!
I am starting to move ahead with getting my little bakery set up and am checking things off the action list as I go. I bought the domain name on Sunday night to make sure I had it!
Hopefully I'll receive approval from the council by tomorrow and within the next month I can start baking to sell at the local farmers market (this will be a trial to see how it goes - I'm taking my husband for moral support!) and I hope to have the website up and running soon as well.
Thank you so much for all of your helpful suggestions and pointers in the right direction.
