Join us for a hands-on Cheese & Bread Baking Course.
Learn how to make your own soft cheese and use various types of cheese in bread baking.
You will make your own soft cheese and learn about the basics of soft cheese making. To extend the cheese theme, we will also cover the basics of bread baking and focus on creating few special loaves flavoured with different types of cheese.
You will learn how to knead, shape and bake your bread and how to fit your bread baking into a busy everyday life. We will cover some bread types that need more time and some that are just perfect when you don't have much time, but still want to have freshly baked bread.
And to make the day extra special, we will also make a batch of freshly churned butter, that you can try for your lunch - and of course take your own batch home.
