During this Chocolate Shoe & Truffles Course you will make and decorate your own chocolate shoe and also create a delicious chocolate truffles. You'll learn about different ways of chocolate decorating including painting with cocoa butters, chocolate piping and other ways of making your chocolate shoe to stand out.
You can choose a design for your chocolate shoe, hand pipe a pattern into the chocolate mould and then use a tempered chocolate to form the body of the shoe. We will be using professional chocolate moulds, which will give your shoe amazingly shinny finish and make them look very real!
Whilst our chocolate shoe is setting in a fridge, we'll make a batch of quick chocolate truffles, which will be first rolled out and then dipped in chocolate and finally rolled in a cocoa powder.
When the chocolate is set the shoe will pop out of it's mould and you can decorate it with a handmade flower or bow and a piped edging.
The chocolate shoe and chocolate truffles will be then packed into a beautiful presentation box and tied with a ribbon, for you to take away.

'Thank you so much for running your chocolate shoes course for us. Me and my friends had a great time, learning something new, tasting chocolate and taking home a real piece of chocolate art. I didn't think I would be able to make something like this, I never considered myself to be a creative person, but under your guidance, I managed to make a chocolate shoe that I think could easily be sold in the chocolate shop! I love the chocolate truffles too and I'll definitelly make those again'.

'I wanted to surprise my mum with something a bit different to do on her birthday, so I booked your course, thinking she might enjoy it. I didn't tell her what we were doing until we arrived, so thank you for making us so welcome and making my mum so at ease. I enjoyed making my chocolate shoe and the milk chocolate truffles, but to see my mum's face when her chocolate shoe was being unmoulded, was priceless! She has been proudly telling everyone about her chocolate adventure'.
