Great way to spend a day learning about your favourite subject - chocolate - and leave with complete set of 50 -60 professionally made chocolate favours for your wedding! If the bride to be is too busy, this is a great opportunity to get together with friends, bridesmaids or mothers of bride or groom to be.
Throught this Chocolate Wedding Favours Workshop we will cover the basic chocolate making techniques, including chocolate tempering, using chocolate moulds or creating your own signature chocolate truffles, whilst we make, wrap and decorate 50-60 wedding favours for your special day. We will work together as a group first making all the chocolate favours and then wrapping them ready for the big day.
Our wedding chocolate workshops are run in small groups to ensure plenty of one to one support from your tutor - Magdalena Marsden.
