If you are completely new to chocolate making, we have other courses that focus just on 'hands-on' chocolate making and here is the list to guide you through.
Our chocolate making business courses are exclusively run by Magdalena Marsden who established her business in 2011 following a life long passion with chocolate. Magdalena's work background and experience (Managing Director and Operation's Director) helped her to set up, now very succesful chocolate making business.
