There is nothing better then your own homemade bread - baked the traditional way.
But, there is also the reality of everyday life and sometimes it's not that practical to wait around for the bread to rise. So, it's always useful to have a few recipes stash away for a really quick bread. And no - we are not talking 'bread machine' bread!
So, if you are short of time, but still like to make your own bread - this workshop is definitely for you! There is still a bit of kneading and mixing to be done, but it's the easier way to bake bread.
The course is held in a domestic kitchen in a small group to allow you to practice making bread in similar surroundings that you might have at home. The small groups are ideal for learning and ensuring that you get most out of your day.

Rustic White Loaf
Fig & Walnut's Rosemary Bread
Spelt Bread with seeds & raisins
Cheese Soda Bread
Rye & Seeds Crisbread
(the types of bread might vary depending on season)
What's included ?
1/2 day workshop - 3,5-4 hrs
Hands on workshop in a small group of up to 3 people
Course handouts with detailed descriptions of how to make bread and useful resources information
Light refreshments - tea or coffee and our handmade biscuits or cakes
Everything you bake on the day - usually 3-4 loaves of bread
