Once you've agreed a date with us by e-mail, deposit payment of £50 is required to secure your choosen date.
This deposit will be deducted from your final invoice, which is usually payable by cheque or bank transfer.
We regret, that this deposit is non-refundable, if you wish to cancel the party at later date. In the unlikely event of Cocoa & Heart having to cancel your party, this deposit is fully refundable.
The small print:
All bookings need to be paid in full 2 weeks before the date of the party. You'll receive an invoice with your booking and a reminder e-mail approximatelly 4 weeks prior to your event.
Where payment has not been received before the party Cocoa & Heart has the right to cancel. In this situation no refund will be available.
Refunds (minus the booking fee) will be available if cancellations are received in writing or by email 2 calendar weeks before the date of the party.
Cancellation Period - Refund To Customer
Less than 14 days before event - 0% of monies paid
14 – 28 days before the event - 50% of monies paid
28 days before event 80% monies paid
In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances another date can be booked. This will be subject to availability at the time of cancellation. Rescheduled parties must be booked within 3 months of the original date.
