Healthy Breakfast Chocolate Granola with seeds
Zesty Lime & Dark Chocolate Energy Balls
Chocolate Oatmeal Energy Bar
(this list can change seasonally)
In this workshop we will cover the following:

How to make raw chocolate bars from scratch
How to temper raw chocolate
How to use quality chocolate in baking and cooking
This chocolate workshop is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. All ingredients for our raw chocolate bars are raw and organic where possible. For our other recipes we will be using high quality French and German Origin Chocolate and other delicious ingredients (these are not necessarily raw). We have an options in each recipe to use ingredients free from wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, yeast, nuts and refined sugar.
