This Artisan Chocolate Bars Course is a whole day chocolate masterclass all about learning how to create different types of chocolate bars at home using professional equipment and ingredients.
This chocolate bar class includes lots of chocolate techniques demonstrations, but it's also very much 'hands on' as you will work at your own work station and create your own versions of the shown chocolate bars.
This chocolate course is very busy as we focus on the art of chocolate bars and because of that we won't be covering chocolate tempering - your chocolate will be already tempered for you.

Hands on Chocolate Making Course - whole day 10-4 pm
