You are welcome to choose a date and book for any course you like (for one-to-one lessons or small groups for up to three people). I usually run my courses on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, but other days might also be available, just ask.

SKILL LEVEL: Best for those, who already know how to temper chocolate and use moulds as we will not be covering these techniques in depth.

During this Chocolate Making Course we will cover the basic and more advanced chocolate making techniques creating colourful chocolates. We’ll be using professional chocolate moulds to create 3D chocolate shapes and delicious chocolate bars. We will be also looking at how to pair best flavour with best chocolate and create the perfect combinations.
Our chocolate making workshops are run in small groups to ensure plenty of one to one support from your tutor – Magdalena Marsden.
