If you are thinking of booking as a group, we are able to tailor-made the workshop to your taste and style and you can pick any date that suits you.

You are welcome to book for any day of the week. We are happy to run your chocolate making party on any date that we have available, including weekends, bank holidays and children school holiday. Weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) are always the most popular dates, so book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
WHO WILL RUN MY CHOCOLATE PARTY?
Each party is run by Magdalena - the Cocoa & Heart owner, who has been making chocolate on regular basis since 2000. She is very knowledgeable, so ask her any chocolate related question you like.
HOW LONG DOES THE CHOCOLATE PARTY LAST?
The chocolate party/workshop is approximately 2 hrs long. We also need about 20-30 min on top of that to set up and prepare your party and about 20-30 min to pack our equipment and help to tidy up. So the total time we spend with you is a minimum of 3 hrs.
DO I NEED TO GET ANYTHING READY, WHEN YOU COME TO MY VENUE?
Yes, there are few things that we will need from you to help us run your chocolate party:
- You will need to have enough table space for your guests and enough chairs to sit on.
- We need to have an access to a fridge, so please clear out 1-2 shelves for your chocolates to set
- We will also need access to your microwave to melt your chocolate.
- We will also need a space for us to set up our equipment, chocolate and packaging
We bring everything else with us, including table covering, protective aprons and all the equipment.
We need to set up about 30 min prior to the workshop starting and we will tidy & clear everything afterwards. We take our own rubbish with us and we tidy up as we go.
DO I TAKE ANYTHING HOME WITH ME AFTER THE PARTY?
Yes, of course! We like to run our chocolate parties as a mini chocolate workshops, so you will be busy making your own chocolate which you'll take home (unless you eat it during the party, that is!)
Depending on the party package you choose, you'll work on your own set of chocolate (whether these are chocolate truffles, chocolate bars, fruit & nut medions, lollipops etc), which you'll wrap in beautiful chocolate packaging and take home in a party bag together with our recipe on how to make simple chocolate truffles at home.
DO I GET TO TASTE THE CHOCOLATE?
How could we possibly run chocolate parties and not get you to taste some delicious chocolate. Depending on which party package you choose, we have flavoured chocolate, Belgium chocolate or different types of Origin chocolates to share with you. We also bring our own chocolate truffle samples and other chocolate treats that we are just working on.
CAN YOU CATER FOR ANY FOOD INTOLERANCIES?
Yes, we'll do our best to cater for your group. We can offer chocolate and other ingredients suitable for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free, dairy free and nut free. However, we do work in the kitchen where we work with allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts), which means that we, unfortunately, can't guarantee cross-contamination. Some dietary requirements might incur an additional charge (mainly dairy-free milk chocolate).
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I HAVE AT MY PARTY?
This is very much up to you - we are used to working with group sizes from 3 to 25. Sometimes the size might depend on the venue that you'd like to hold your chocolate party. Ideally, we need every person to have space at a table (sitting) and plenty of space for our equipment to set up.
