Student’s feedback
‘Thank you for sharing your tips on healthy chocolate making. Recently I’ve started to eat more healthily, but wanted to see whether I can still eat chocolate. I found out that most commercially available chocolate bars are simply not suitable for my new diet and wanted to learn how to make my own chocolate snacks and treats. I’ve now made the chocolate energy bar several times for my grandchildren (and of course didn’t even tell them it was ‘healthy version’). They absolutely loved it and my daughter is happy that she doesn’t need to buy all the sugary chocolate bars from supermarket.’

‘I’ve really enjoyed the small group setting of this course – everyone was very friendly and it felt like spending a day with a good friends! My family enjoyed the chocolate treats I’ve made during the class – to be fair there were so many I had to share them! As you know I’ve failed before with chocolate making, but after your course, I was able to follow the simple recipes you gave us and created more chocolate energy balls and the chocolate drops with fruit and nuts. Thank you for a fabulous day!’
