If you would like to learn a particular chocolate or traditional sweets making skills, you might prefer to book an individual lesson.
Each session will be completely led by you and what you would like to learn. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
Cost
As a guide, prices including basic ingredients, recipes and refreshments, start from £195 for a block of 3 hrs session.
Private lessons are usually run during week days (morning, afternoon or evening session), but some weekends are also available. Final cost depends on the content, research or recipe testing and ingredients required for your lesson.
The final quoted price will include all ingredients, materials and refreshments when you come to our venue.
